Our Team

Lillian Conrad
CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, CVA

Lillian Conrad is the President and founding shareholder of Conrad Consulting Corporation.

Lillian provides forensic consulting, as well as valuation and economic loss litigation support and expert testimony. A significant portion of her work has been related to the investigation of fraudulent activities and civil litigation of large Ponzi or Ponzi-type schemes ranging from $16 million to $450 million in losses. She, also provides professional services as Lillian Conrad, CPA.

She is a member of the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. Ms. Conrad is currently a member of the FICPA Valuation and Litigation Support Services, CIRA, Accounting and Auditing and Governmental Sections of the FICPA and serves on several committees. Ms. Conrad is also a member of the National Association of Valuation Analysts as well as Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Valuation Analyst. She has achieved designation "Certified Internal Auditor" and "Chartered Bank Auditor".

Terri Conrad Regan,
CPA/ABV, JD

Terri is an officer and director of Conrad Consulting and a founding shareholder.

Terri's degrees in both accounting and law serve her especially well in the area of tax and estate planning. Her breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of income taxation of individuals, commercial businesses, trusts, and tax issues bring an added level of expertise to Conrad Consulting. Her knowledge crosses over multiple industries with a concentration of experience in tax-exempt organizations, construction and real estate development.

Terri received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, her Masters of Business Administration (specialization in Computer Information Systems) from Pace University, and her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. Her professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Vicki Conrad White

Vicki White is an officer and director of Conrad Consulting and a founding shareholder. She holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration, and has a Certificate in Non Profit Management. Vicki has more than 30 years of experience in management and administration in both the computer and educational arenas, working for Control Data Corporation, Intel Corporation, Maynard Electronics Conner Peripherals, Seagate Technology, and the Volusia County School Board. She has a strong background and experience in marketing, training, public relations, market research, team building, school management, and federal grant writing and administration. Vicki has lived in New Smyrna Beach for more than 20 years, and been a life-long supporter of the arts. She is married with three children.

Conni Conrad Canselmi,

Conn Canselmi is an officer and director of Conrad Consulting and a founding shareholder. Conni holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in finance and marketing. She has work for 20 years in the pharmatceutical industry as a national account manager in renal and cancer

Mary Parkinson
CAM

Mary Parkinson is the Office Manager and a licensed Condominium Association Manager (CAM #39220))/Community Association Specialist. She has over 30 years' experience in the accounting and banking fields including licensed stockbroker with a mutual savings bank. A native of northern New England, she moved to the New Smyrna Beach area in 1999 and worked for a major New Smyrna Beach condominium for seven years in reservations and accounting. She came to Conrad Consulting Corporation October 1, 2011, and obtained her CAM license in November, 2011. She is devoted to the area and, as an avid horse woman, enjoys the many nature preserves the area has to offer, as well as our beautiful beach.

Kevin G. Hogan
Retired FBI Agent, CPA, CFE

Mr. Hogan is a consultant in the field of financial investigations. Mr. Hogan is a retired Special Agent from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He is a licensed Maryland, Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. During his 29 year career with the FBI he received specialized training and participated in the prosecution of wide variety of fraud matters to include health care fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud and political corruption. He has been certified in both Federal and State court as an expert witness. Since retiring from the FBI in 2004 he has served as a consultant in the field of financial investigations for a variety of clients to include the United States Congress House Appropriations Committee, The Florida Bar, CPA firms and numerous attorneys.
